Containing and Protecting Critical Scenes

The first few minutes after a crime or accident are critical. Incorrect handling of a scene can destroy evidence, compromise investigations and create additional hazards for responders and the public. This course provides the practical knowledge to avoid those mistakes.

Designed specifically for Community Police Forum (CPF) members, neighbourhood watch, security companies, SAPS, EMPD and other law enforcement and community safety structures, this course focuses on the real-world challenges of first-on-scene response.

Participants learn the correct procedures for establishing perimeters, controlling access, protecting evidence and coordinating with official law enforcement — all in a practical, hands-on format relevant to South African conditions.
